Right of Withdrawal

A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with Section 19 of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection.

If the subject of the purchase contract is the delivery of several types of goods or delivery in several parts, the withdrawal period runs from the date of receipt of the last delivery of goods.

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal in writing at the Seller's registered address or by email to eshop@originalskroute66.sk, by means of an unambiguous statement. For this purpose, the Buyer may use the form below.

The withdrawal period is deemed observed if the Buyer sends the notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

The Buyer is obliged to send the goods back or hand them over to the Seller no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Seller shall refund the Buyer all payments received under the contract (including delivery costs corresponding to the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the Seller), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as used by the Buyer, unless expressly agreed otherwise, without charging any additional fees.

The Seller is not obliged to refund the payment before the goods are delivered back, or before the Buyer proves that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The Buyer may not withdraw from a contract the subject of which is, in particular, the sale of goods made to the Buyer's specific requirements or custom-made goods, as well as in other cases set out in Section 19(8) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection.
